This workshop is part of GrowthLab, a space to try out new ways to train and facilitate in order to support people's growth. It is a creative laboratory designed to experiment and co-create together. 

BECOME YOUR OWN MASTER COACH. New Year's GrowthLab session is our invitation to you to take the time to reflect on the past year and design your direction for the new year to come with our guidance and the peer support of others. This is a special edition of the New Year's journey with a touch of magic to help you become your own master coach. We will tackle some of the essential ingredients of what it takes to be your own coach:

• You as your own coach - the self-coaching mindset
• The 3 essential self-coaching skills
• Different types of self-coaching
• Coaching yourself from 2021 to 2022
• Creating your personal self-coaching plan

To participate you will need your laptop, a reliable internet connection, ideally headphones with a microphone, and calm space. Please note that this workshop is 100% live and will not be recorded for any later use.
